شهد اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية، والدكتورة نيفين الكيلاني وزير الثقافة، مساء امس 20/3/2023الاثنين، حفل ختام الدورة الرابعة والعشرين لمهرجان الإسماعيلية الدولي للأفلام التسجيلية والقصيرة، والذي أقيم بالمسرح الكبير بقصر ثقافة الإسماعيلية. وذلك بحضور الدكتور خالد عبدالجليل مستشار وزير الثقافة لشئون السينما، منار حسني رئيس المركز القومي للسينما، والناقد عصام زكريا رئيس المهرجان.
قدمت الحفل الإعلامية هالة الحملاوي والتي قالت، سبعة أيام مرت سريعًا استمتعنا فيها بمشاهدة ألوان واتجاهات مختلفة من السينما، سواء في الأفلام التسجيلية، أو الروائية القصيرة، أو أفلام التحريك شاهدنا أفلام المسابقة الدولية مسابقة أفلام الطلبة والبرامج الموازية وعروض أفلام ونقاشات وندوات وورش فنية.
وقدم خلال حفل الختام ملخص للفعاليات التي تمت خلال أيام المهرجان من ندوات وورش ومعارض وعروض أفلام.
وتم خلال الحفل عرض برومو قصير عن فعاليات المهرجان، وافتتح الناقد عصام زكريا رئيس مهرجان الإسماعيلية، فعاليات حفل الختام وإعلان جوائز المسابقات.
وفي كلمته التي ألقاها خلال حفل الختام، قال الناقد الفني عصام زكريا رئيس المهرجان، شكرًا أن فريق العمل معظمه من الشباب اللامع، مُشيدًا بالحضور النسائي المميز والذي جاء بشكل تلقائي.
مضيفًا، أشكر الزملاء في المركز القومي للسينما، وشكر خاص للمتطوعين من شباب الإسماعيلية، وشكر خاص لمحافظة الإسماعيلية لجهودها في دعم المهرجان.
واختتم زكريا، نلتقي مجددًا في الدورة القادمة من المهرجان "الدورة الخامسة والعشرين"، والتي ستكون احتفالًا باليوبيل الفضي لمهرجان الإسماعيلية الدولي للأفلام التسجيلية والقصيرة.
فيما قالت منار حسني رئيس المركز القومي للسينما، كم كنت سعيدة بالمناقشات المتعددة سواء الدولية أو المحلية، وورش العمل وجميع الورش الفنية التي تعتبر الأساس الذهبي للمهرجان، موجه الشكر لجميع الزملاء و المشاركين في المهرجان.
وأضافت حسني، أتوجه بالتهنئة لجميع الحضور بمناسبة حلول شهر رمضان المعظم، متوجه بالشكر لوزيرة الثقافة ومحافظ الإسماعيلية لدعمهم لفعاليات المهرجان، وخروجه بهذا الشكل المبهر.

وفي ختام الفعاليات، تم إعلان جوائز المهرجان وتقديم الجوائز، وجاءت الجوائز كالتالي:
أولًا: في مسابقة أفلام الطلبة، التنويه الأول لفيلم "شقة المبتديان" للمخرج محي الدين يحيى، والتنويه الثاني لفيلم "نون" لرنيم أبويمن وندا ياسر، وحصل على أفضل فيلم تسجيلي فيلم "عيب صناعة" للمخرج محمد نصيف، الجائزة الثانية أفضل فيلم روائي في المسابقة لفيلم "اليوم اللي شوفتك فيه" للمخرج محمد هاني، والمركز الثالث لفيلم "رد على صمت مستمع" للمخرج علي نجاتي.
ثانيًا: جائزة الاتحاد الدولي للنقاد "الفيبرسي" لفيلم "بلادي الضائعة " للمخرجة إشتار ياسين.
ثالثًا: جائزة الجمعية المصرية للرسوم المتحركة، فيلم "فكر في شيء جديد"، فيلم "كينوبشيا" للمخرج محمد عمر، فيلم "بيت القلب" للمخرجة سارة سايدان، فيلم "هل تنظر لي" للمخرج شولي هانج، فيلم "برجاء الانتظار على الخط" للمخرج تان سي دانج.
رابعًا: جوائز الأفلام التسجيلية القصيرة، فيلم "طحطوح" للمخرج محمد علي، فيلم "جاري عبدي"، وتنويه خاص لفيلم "ملاحظات على النزوح" للمخرج خالد جرار، وجائزة خاصة لفيلم "بلادي الضائعة" للمخرجة إشتار ياسين.
كما حصل على جائزة مسابقة الأفلام الوثائقية الطويلة، فيلم "حياة مثل غيرها " للمخرجة فوستين كروس.
ويعد مهرجان الإسماعيلية الدولي للأفلام التسجيلية أحد أعرق المهرجانات العربية والدولية وأول المهرجانات العربية المتخصصة في الأفلام الوثائقية والقصيرة، حيث بدأت أولى دوراته في عام ١٩٩١م.
The Governor of Ismailia and the Minister of Culture witness the closing ceremony of the Ismailia International Film Festival for Documentary and Short Narrative Films in its 24th Edition

Major General Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, and Dr. Nevin Al-Kilani, Minister of Culture, witnessed yesterday evening, Monday 20/3/2023, the closing ceremony of the 24th Edition of the Ismailia International Documentary and Short Film Festival, which was held in the Grand Theater of the Ismailia Culture Palace.
In the presence of Dr. Khaled Abdel Jalil, Advisor to the Minister of Culture for Cinema Affairs, Manar Hosni, Head of the National Cinema Center, and critic Essam Zakaria, Head of the Festival.
The ceremony was presented by the media presenter, Hala El-Hamalawy, who said, Seven days passed quickly during which we enjoyed watching different colors and directions of cinema, whether in documentaries, short narratives, or animation films. We watched the films of the international competition, the Student Film Competition, parallel programmes, film screenings, discussions, seminars and artistic workshops.
During the closing ceremony, a summary of the events during the festival, seminars, workshops and galleries were presented.
During the ceremony, A short promo on the festival was presented, and the critic Essam Zakaria, Head of the Ismailia Festival, opened the closing ceremony and announcement of competitions' rewards.
In his speech during the closing ceremony, art critic Essam Zakaria, Head of the Festival, thanked the work team that mostly of brilliant young people, praising the distinguished female presence, which came automatically.
Adding, I thank my colleagues at the National Cinema Center, and special thanks to the volunteers from Ismailia youth, and special thanks to the Ismailia Governorate for its efforts in supporting the festival.
Zakaria concluded, We will meet again in the next edition of the festival, the "25th Edition", which will be a celebration of the silver jubilee of the Ismailia International Documentary and Short Film Festival.
While Manar Hosni, Head of the National Cinema Center, said, How happy I was with the multiple discussions, whether international or local, and the workshops and all technical workshops that are considered the golden basis of the festival. Thanks to all colleagues and participants in the festival.
Hosni added, I congratulate all the attendees on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, thanking the Minister of Culture and the Governor of Ismailia for their support for the activities of the festival, and for its impressive appearance.

At the conclusion of the activities, the festival awards were announced and prizes were presented. The prizes were as follows:
First: In the Student Film Competition, the first mention was given to the movie “The Mobtadayan Apartment” by Mohey El Din Yahah, and the second mention to the movie “Noon” by Raneem Abouyemen and Nada Yasser, and the best documentary film, “A Fault in Industry” directed by Muhammad Nassif, won the second prize for the best feature film in The competition is for the movie “The Day I Saw You” by director Mohamed Hani, and the third place for the movie “Replying to the Silence of a Listener” by Ali Najati.
Second: The International Federation of Film Critics Award "Fibersi" for the movie "My Lost Country" directed by Ishtar Yassin.
Third: The Egyptian Animation Society Award for the movie “Think of Something New”, the movie “Kenopsia” by Mohamed Omar, the movie “Home of the Heart” by Sarah Saydan, the movie “Would You Look at Me” by Shuli Hang, the movie “Please Wait on the Line” Directed by Tan Ce Ding.
Fourth: Awards for short documentaries, “Tahtuh” by Muhammad Ali, " Neighbour Abadi” movie, and a special mention for the movie “Notes of Displacement” by Khaled Jarrar, and a special award for the movie “My Lost Country” by Ishtar Yassin
The feature film competition award was also awarded to the film "A Life Like any Other" directed by Faustine Cros.
The Ismailia International Documentary Film Festival is one of the oldest Arab and international festivals and the first Arab festival specialized in documentaries and short films, as its first edition began in 1991.
