تنفيذًا لتوجيهات السيد رئيس الجمهورية بالحفاظ على أملاك الدولة و إزالة التعديات عليها و فرض هيبة الدولة على أراضيها، و في إطار توجيهات اللجنة العليا لاسترداد أراضي الدولة و مع بداية انطلاق الموجة الـ٢٠ لإزالة التعديات على أملاك و أراضي الدولة و الأراضي الزراعية. تابع اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية ما تم تنفيذه اليوم من إزالة التعديات، تنفيذًا لقرارات اللجنة العليا لاسترداد أراضي الدولة، مشددًا على أهمية التنسيق بين الوحدات المحلية و كافة الأجهزة التنفيذية و المختصة لتنفيذ المستهدف من الموجة بكل حسم.
محذرًا بعدم التهاون فى استرداد حق الدولة و التصدِّي لأى شكل من التعديات.
و في هذا السياق قامت الوحدة المحلية لمركز و مدينة القنطرة غرب اليوم الأحد بحضور رئيس المركز و المدينة و قوات إنفاذ القانون، بتنفيذ عدد ٣ حالات إزالة تعدِّي على أرض أملاك الدولة بمساحة ٢٠ متر بموقف مدينة القنطرة غرب.
كما تم إزالة حالة تعدِّي على أملاك الدولة بقرية أبو خليفة ولاية الري.
و أيضًا تم إزالة لحالة تعدِّي بتوصيل مياه ري لمزارع ثروة سمكية بقرية النصر جهة الولاية الري.
و في مركز و مدينة القصاصين، تم تنفيذ إزالة فورية لمبني بارتفاع متر و نصف، مُقام بالطوب الأبيض على أرض زراعية بمساحة ١٠٠م بعزبة أبو راضي بالمحسمة القديمة.
و على الفور قامت الأجهزة المعنية بإزالة كافة الحالات السابق ذكرها و اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الفورية حيال المخالفين؛ و ذلك حفاظًا على هيبة الدولة و سيادة القانون.
و وجَّه "بشارة" رؤساء المراكز و المدن و الأجهزة التنفيذية بالمحافظة للتأكد من القضاء و إنهاء التعديات على أراضي أملاك الدولة و الأراضي الزراعية و المرور على الأراضي المستردة؛ لمنع التعدِّي عليها مرة أخرى مع العمل على سرعة إزالة أيَّة تعديات فى المهد و اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية تجاه كلّ من تسول له نفسه التلاعب بممتلكات الدولة.
Implementation of 4 removal cases of infringements on state property within the first phase of the 20th wave in Qantara West and Al-Qasasin

In this context, the municipality of Qantara West City carried out, today, Sunday, in the presence of the chief, 3 removal cases of infringements on state property land with a 20 m area in the station of Qantara West City.
In addition, a case of infringement on state property was removed in Abu Khalifa village, Wilayat al-Ray.
Besides, a case of infringement was removed which is a delivery of irrigation water to fisheries farms in Al-Nasr village, Wallayt Al-Ray.
In Al-Qassasin City, an immediate removal was carried out of a white bricks building with 1.5 m height, on agricultural land with an area of 100 m², in Abu Radi's manor in the Old Mahmsa.
Immediately, the concerned agencies removed all the infringements cases and took immediate legal measures against the violators in order to preserve the dominance of the state and the rule of law.
Bishara directed the chiefs of the cities, and executive agencies in the governorate to ensure the elimination of infringements on state property lands and agricultural lands. Besides, removing quickly any infringements in the cradle, and to take legal measures against violators.
