عقد اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية، اجتماعًا؛ لمناقشة التصاميم المقترحة لإنشاء ثلاث أسواق نموذجية بمركز و مدينة القنطرة غرب، عقب اندلاع حريق بالسوق العشوائي لمدينة القنطرة غرب في السادس من يوليو ٢٠٢٢. و ذلك بحضور المهندس أحمد عصام الدين نائب محافظ الإسماعيلية، و اللواء محمد أنيس السكرتير العام للمحافظة، و النائب محمد طلبة عضو مجلس النواب، و مدير إدارة الحماية المدنية، و استشاري التخطيط المروري بإدارة مرور الإسماعيلية، و مدير عام مديرية الطرق و النقل بالإسماعيلية، و مدير عام مديرية الإسكان، و رئيس الإدارة المركزية لمشروعات جهاز تعمير سيناء و رئيس مركز و مدينة القنطرة غرب و الجهات المعنية بالاجتماع.
و خلال الاجتماع، تم عرض و مناقشة عدة مقترحات لسوق الملابس النموذجي، و نموذج آخر لسوق الخضار و الفاكهة، و نموذج ثالث لسوق لتجارة الجملة من قبل رئيس الإدارة المركزية لمشروعات جهاز تعمير سيناء.
و أكد " بشارة" خلال الاجتماع، أن تكون المساحات المقترحة للمحال مناسبة، مع مراعاة التهوية الجيدة و الإضاءة، و إجراءات الحماية المدنية تحسبًا لحدوث حرائق أو أزمات طارئة، و أن يتم إنشاء عدة مداخل متفرقة للسوق، و ممرات متسعة بمساحات لا تقل عن ٤ متر.
موجهًا، أن يحتوي سوق الملابس على مقر لإدارة السوق، و آخر للحماية المدنية، و آخر لشرطة تأمين السوق، بالإضافة إلى مسطح أخضر و دورات مياه مع الأخذ في الاعتبار وجود محلات بمساحات مناسبة.
مضيفًا، أنه يجب إقامة السوق النموذجي على أحدث التقنيات الحديثة، و أن يحتوي على سلالم كهربائية؛ لخدمة المواطنين.
و في نهاية الاجتماع، شدد محافظ الإسماعيلية على مراعاة اشتراطات الحماية المدنية و التهوية الجيدة و الإضاءة مع دراسة إمكانية إقامة الأسواق النموذجية مغلقة و مفتوحة.
Ismailia Governor discusses the proposed design of the markets in AlQantara west
Major General Staff Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, held a meeting to discuss the proposed designs for the establishment of three markets in Al-Qantara West city, after a fire broke out in the random market in Al-Qantara West on July 6, 2022.
In the presence of Eng. Ahmed Essam El-Din, Deputy Governor of Ismailia, Major General Mohamed Anis, Secretary General of the Governorate, Representative Mohamed Tolba, Member of Parliament, Director of the Civil Protection Department, Traffic Planning Consultant at the Ismailia Traffic Department, Director General of the Roads and Transport Directorate in Ismailia, Director General of the Housing Directorate, and Head of Administration Central to the projects of the Sinai Reconstruction Authority, the head ofAl-Qantara West city.
During the meeting, several proposals for the model were discussed about clothing market, another model for the vegetable and fruit market, and a third model for a wholesalers market were presented and discussed by the head of the Central Administration for the projects of Sinai Reconstruction Authority.
During the meeting, Bishara stressed that the proposed spaces for the shops should be appropriate, taking into account good ventilation and lighting, and civil protection measures in anticipation of fires or emergency crises, and establish several separate entrances to the market and wide corridors of areas of no less than 4 meters.
Directed, that the clothing market contains a market management headquarters, another for the civil protection, and another for the market security police, in addition to a green area and toilets, taking into account the presence of shops with suitable spaces.
Adding, the market should be built on the modern technologies, and it should contain escalators to serve the citizens.
At the end of the meeting, the Governor of Ismailia stressed on taking into account the requirements of civil protection, good ventilation and lighting, while studying the possibility of establishing closed and open markets.
