تفقد الدكتور خالد عبد الغفار وزير التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي و القائم بأعمال وزير الصحة و السكان و المهندس أحمد عصام الدين نائب محافظ الإسماعيلية، وحدة طب الأسرة بقرية السبع آبار شرقية التابعة لمركز و مدينة أبوصوير، أحد وحدات طب الأسرة التابعة للهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية بمحافظة الإسماعيلية. و ذلك في إطار جولات الوزير الميدانية؛ لمتابعة المنشآت الصحية، و التأكد من جودة الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمواطنين و الاطلاع على أعمال تطوير المنشآت الصحية، بما يساهم في تحقيق رؤية «مصر ٢٠٣٠».
و ذلك بحضور الدكتور أحمد السبكي رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية، الدكتور أنور إسماعيل مساعد الوزير للمشروعات القومية و الدكتور حازم الفيل رئيس قطاع الطب العلاجي، و الدكتور أحمد البرعي رئيس فرع الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية بمحافظة الإسماعيلية، و الدكتورة ايريني نبيل مدير وحدة طب الأسرة بالسبع آبار شرقية.
و حرص الوزير خلال تفقده للوحدة على متابعة سير و انتظام العمل، و الاستماع للمواطنين و التعرف على احتياجاتهم و مطالبهم و مدى رضاهم عن مستوى الخدمات المقدمة داخل الوحدة.
يُذكر أن وحدة طب الأسرة بالسبع آبار شرقية تم افتتاحها و الانضمام لمنظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل في فبراير ٢٠٢١، و تخدم سكان القرية البالغ عددهم ٣٤٦٠٠ نسمة، و عدد المسجلين بها ٢٢٠٠١ مواطن، بواقع ٩٣١٩ ملف عائلي .
و الوحدة مسجلة لمدة عام، على معايير الرقابة و الاعتماد، و لمدة عام طبقًا لمعايير GAHAR2021 المعترف بها دوليًا من منظمة الإسكوا العالمية.
و تقدم خدمات الطوارئ، معمل، عيادة طب أسرة، عيادة تنظيم أسرة، عيادة أسنان، متابعة حمل، مكتب صحة و تطعيمات، خدمات المعمل، الصيدلية، الإحالة.
و تم بها تنفيذ عدد من المبادرات الرئاسية ١٠٠ مليون صحة، و مبادرة صحة الأم و الجنين، و مبادرة و دعم صحة المرأة، و مبادرة اكتشاف و علاج الأمراض المزمنة و مبادرة اكتشاف الاعتلال الكلوي، و مبادرة السمعيات لحديثي الولادة).
Minister of Higher Education, the acting minister of Health and the Deputy Governor of Ismailia inspect the family medicine unit in Al-Sabaa Abar Al-Sharqia.
Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Acting Minister of Health and Population, and Engineer Ahmed Essam El-Din, Deputy Governor of Ismailia, inspected this afternoon, Saturday, the family medicine unit in the village of Al-Sabaa Abar Al-Sharqia, affiliated to the Abu Sweir City, one of the family medicine units of the Public Authority for Health Care in Ismailia Governorate. This is within the framework of the minister’s field tours to follow up on health facilities, ensure the quality of medical services provided to citizens, and review the work of developing health facilities, which contributes to achieving the vision of “Egypt 2030.”
In the presence of Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Health Care, Dr. Anwar Ismail, Assistant Minister for National Projects, Dr. Hazem El-Fel, Head of the Therapeutic Medicine Sector, Dr. Ahmed El-Borai, Head of the Public Authority for Health Care Branch in Ismailia Governorate, and Dr. Eriny Nabil, Director of the Family Medicine Unit in Al-Sabaa Abar Al-Sharqia.
During his visit to the unit, the minister was keen to follow up on the progress and regularity of work, to listen to the citizens and to identify their needs and demands, and their satisfaction with the level of services provided within the unit.
It is noteworthy that the Family Medicine Unit in Al-Sabaa Abar Al-Sharqia was inaugurated and joined the comprehensive health insurance system in February 2021, serving the village’s 34,600 residents, and the number of registered residents is 2,2001, with 9,319 family files.
The unit is registered for one year, on the standards of control and accreditation, and for one year, according to the internationally recognized standards of GAHAR2021 by ESCWA.
It provides emergency services, a laboratory, a family medicine clinic, a family planning clinic, a dental clinic, pregnancy follow-up, a health and vaccination office, laboratory services, pharmacy, and referral.
A number of presidential initiatives were implemented (100 million health, maternal and fetal health initiative, women's health initiative and support, chronic disease discovery and treatment initiative, kidney disease detection initiative, and newborn audiology initiative).
