تنسيقية التأمين الشامل تعلن موافقة مجلس الوزراء على التشغيل الرسمي لمنظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل بالإسماعيلية اعتبارًا من العام المالي الحالي

أعلنت تنسيقية التأمين الصحي الشامل موافقة مجلس الوزراء على التشغيل الرسمي لمنظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل بالإسماعيلية ابتداءً من العام المالي الحالي و بدء الإجراءات التنفيذية لذلك.
جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع اللجنة التنسيقية للتأمين الصحي الشامل برئاسة الدكتور أحمد السبكي رئيس تنسيقية التأمين الشامل و رئيس هيئة الرعاية الصحية و بحضور د/أحمد البرعي مدير فرع هيئة الرعاية الصحية بالإسماعيلية و أعضاء اللجنة التنسيقية للهيئات الثلاث بمنظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل.
و خلال الاجتماع تم تحديد مرحلة انتقالية لإنهاء العمل بنظام العلاج على نفقة الدولة و التأمين الصحي الحالي بالإسماعيلية خلال شهر من تاريخه؛ و ذلك لضمان تمتع كافة المسجلين على المنظومة بالمحافظة بكافة خدمات منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل.
و تم الإعلان عن تسجيل ١.٢ مليون مواطن بمنظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل بالإسماعيلية و استمرار استقبال الطلبات من باقي أبناء المحافظة بالتسجيل للانتفاع بخدمات المنظومة.
جدير بالذكر أن منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل تضم ٥٤ مركز و وحدة طب أسرة و ١٢ مستشفى؛ لتقديم خدمات منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل الجديد بالإسماعيلية.
و وجَّه رئيس تنسيقية التأمين الشامل و رئيس هيئة الرعاية الصحية بتكثيف تدريب العاملين على نظام التأمين الصحي الشامل الجديد بالإسماعيلية و استمرار الرسائل التوعوية النصية SMS للمواطنين لكيفية التسجيل و تسديد الاشتراكات بالمنظومة.
و كلَّف رئيس تنسيقية التأمين الشامل و رئيس هيئة الرعاية الصحية بتشكيل لجنة مشتركة لحصر و تحصيل المطالبات خلال مرحلتي التشغيل التجريبي و الانتقالية لمنظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل بالإسماعيلية.
كما تم تشكيل لجنة مشتركة؛ لدراسة الوضع الحالي لمركز الاتصال الآلي ١٥٣٤٤ و إعداد مقترح لكيفية تشغيله و تطوير أدائه و زيادة خدماته خلال الفترة المقبلة.
و أضاف الدكتور أحمد السبكي، أنه ترتكز منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل بالإسماعيلية على ٦٦ منشآة صحية، منها ٥٤ مركز و وحدة طب أسرة إضافة إلى ١٢ مستشفى، تم تشغيل ٤ مستشفيات و هم (مجمع الإسماعيلية الطبي، مركز ٣٠ يونيو الدولي لأمراض الكُلى و المسالك، الطوارئ و الجراحات الدقيقة بأبو خليفة، مستشفى فايد التخصصي) و ٣٢ مركز و وحدة طب أسرة منهم حتى الآن.

The Comprehensive Health Insurance Coordination announced the Cabinet's approval of the official operation of the comprehensive health insurance system in Ismailia, starting from the current afiscal year, and the start of executive procedures for that.
This came during a meeting of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Coordination Committee, headed by Dr. Ahmed Al-Borai, director of the branch of the Health Care Authority in Ismailia, and members of the Coordinating Committee of the three comprehensive health insurance system
During the meeting, a transitional phase was set to end the work of the system at the state's expense and the current health insurance in Ismailia within a month from its date, in order to ensure that all registered on the system enjoy the preservation of all the services of the comprehensive health insurance system.
It was announced that 1.2 million citizens were registered with the comprehensive health insurance system in Ismailia, and requests from the governorate continued to be registered to benefit from the system's services.
It is worth noting that the comprehensive health insurance system includes 54 medicine units, and 12 hospitals to provide the services of the new comprehensive health insurance system in Ismailia.
The Head of the Comprehensive Insurance Coordination and the Head of the Health Care Authority directed to intensify training of workers on the new comprehensive health insurance system in Ismailia and to continue SMS awareness messages to citizens on how to register and pay contributions to the system.
He assigned the head of the Comprehensive Insurance Coordination and the head of the Health Care Authority to form a joint committee to account for and collect claims during the trial and transitional phases of the comprehensive health insurance system in Ismailia.
A joint committee was also formed to study the current status of the automated call center 15344..and prepare a proposal for how to operate it, develop its performance and increase its services during the coming period.
Ahmed El-Sobky added that the comprehensive health insurance system in Ismailia is based on 66 health facilities, including 54 medicine centers, in addition to 12 hospitals. Khalifa, Fayed Specialized Hospital), and 32 medicine centers and units of them so far.
