تنفيذًا لتوجيهات اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية، بضرورة تكثيف أعمال مراقبة الأسواق و المحلات و المخابز و العمل على تقديم منتج جيد و آمن للمواطنين و عدم احتكار السلع و التلاعب في الأسعار.
قامت مديرية التموين و التجارة الداخلية بالإسماعيلية، اليوم الاحد ٢٤ يوليو ٢٠٢٢، بالتعاون مع الرقابة التموينية، و إدارة تموين المركز و مباحث التموين، بحملةٍ تموينية أسفرت عن تحرير عدد ٥٠ محضرًا، منها عدد ٩ محاضر؛ لعدم الإعلان عن الأسعار بمحلات تجارية متنوعة النشاط، و عدد ١٢ محضر عدم حمل شهادة صحية، و عدد ١ محضر بيع بأزيد من التسعيرة، و عدد ١ محضر عدم الإعلان عن وجود مخازن.
و فيما يخص الرقابة على المخابز، تم تحرير عدد ٣ محاضر إنتاج خبز ناقص الوزن و عدد ٢ محضر إنتاج خبز غير مطابق للمواصفات، و عدد ٥ محاضر عدم إعطاء بون الصرف للمواطن، و عدد ١٢ محضر؛ لعدم الإعلان عن مواعيد التشغيل، و عدد ٥ محاضر عدم وجود سجل بالمخبز.
و أكد حامد إبراهيم حامد مدير عام مديرية التموين و التجارة الداخلية بالإسماعيلية، أنَّ الحملات تتم بشكل يومي؛ لضبط عمل الأسواق و المحلات التجارية و المخابز و تقديم منتجات آمنة للمواطنين.

In implementation of the directives of Major General Staff Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, the importance to intensify monitoring of markets, shops and bakeries and work to provide a good and safe product to citizens and not to monopolize goods and manipulate prices.
Today, the Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Ismailia, in cooperation with the Supply Control, the Center's Supply Department, and the Supply Investigations Department, carried out a campaign that resulted in the editing of 50 reports, including 9 reports For non-publication of prices in shops of various activities, 12 report of not carrying a health certificate, 1 report of selling for more than the price, and 1 report of not declaring the existence of stores.
With regard to the control on bakeries, 3 reports of underweight bread production, 2 reports of non-compliant bread production, and 12 reports were issued, For the lack of announcing the operating dates,
Hamed Ibrahim Hamed, Director General of the Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Ismailia, confirmed that campaigns are carried out on a daily basis to control the work of markets, shops and bakeries and to provide safe products to citizens.
