في إطار توجيهات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية و برعاية الدكتورة نيفين القباج وزيرة التضامن و اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية ،
وتحت شعار "بالوعي مصر تتغير إلى الأفضل" و وِفق الرؤية المستقبلية للقيادة السياسية لمصر ٢٠٣٠ نحو مستقبل أفضل من خلال سواعد أبنائها و تنمية الوعي المجتمعي السليم؛ و من أجل الحفاظ على مصرنا الحبيبة و مواجهة تحديات العصر .
بدأت مديرية التضامن الاجتماعي بالإسماعيلية، تحت إشراف مها الحفناوي وكيل وزارة التضامن و الدكتور أحمد الشريف رئيس مجلس أُمناء مؤسسة القادة للعلوم الإدارية و التنمية؛ اختبارات قبول الدفعة الثانية لسفراء الوعي و الذي يتم تنفيذه للمرة الثانية بالإسماعيلية و يضم محافظات القناة(الإسماعيلية، السويس، بورسعيد) و شمال و جنوب سيناء.
و من جانبها صرَّحت مها الحفناوى وكيل وزارة التضامن الاجتماعى بالإسماعيلية بأنَّ برنامج سفراء الوعى يهدف إلى تدريب و تأهيل الشباب؛ ليصبحوا قيادات توعوية تكون قادرة على نشر الوعى فى المجالات التنموية، الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، السياسية، الإعلامية و السياحية، البيئية، الزراعية، الصحية، الرياضية .
مشيرة إلى أن البرنامج يراعى فيه التنوع الثقافي و المكانى بين المشاركين فى البرنامج من أجل الوصول لكافة فئات المجتمع المصري؛ لتحقيق الولاء و الانتماء للوطن و التصدى للدعاوى المغرضة و الهدَّامة لصورة الدولة المصرية .
و يهدف البرنامج إلى بناء و تنمية المجتمع و الأسرة و خاصةً المواطن و خلق وعى و تأهيل كوادر للمشاركة السياسية البنَّاءة فى كافة مناحى الحياة و المعترك السياسي بالإضافة إلى المشاركة فى العديد من المبادرات الرئاسية و على رأسها حياة كريمة و تطوير الريفِ المصريِّ .
و قد أكَّد محافظ الإسماعيلية على أن الدولة تولِّي اهتمامًا بالغًا بالشباب و الاستعانة بهم و تنمية مهاراتهم الحياتية فإنهم حُماة الوطن و بناة المستقبل و قادة الغد، مشيرًا أنَّ البرنامج يعمل على زيادة الوعي في كافة ربوع مصر و تأهيل المشاركين؛ للعمل داخل قُرى حياة كريمة.
Initiation of personal interviews for the second instalment of the Awareness Ambassadors' Program

In the context of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and under the patronage of Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Solidarity, and Major General Staff Sherif Fahmy Beshara, Governor of Ismailia,
Under the slogan “With awareness, Egypt is changing for the better,” and according to the future vision of Egypt’s political leadership 2030 towards a better future through its children and the development of sound community awareness; in order to preserve our beloved Egypt and face today's challenges.
The Directorate of Social Solidarity in Ismailia, under the supervision of Maha El Hefnawy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Solidarity, and Dr. Ahmed El Sherif, Chief of the Board of Trustees of the Leaders Foundation for Administrative Sciences and Development, started acceptance tests for the second instalment of awareness ambassadors, which is being implemented for the second time in Ismailia and includes the governorates of the Canal (Ismailia, Suez, Port Said) and North and South Sinai.
For her part, Maha El Hefnawy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity in Ismailia, stated that the Awareness Ambassadors program aims to train and rehabilitate young people in order to become awareness leaders who are able to spread awareness in the developmental, economic, social, political, media, tourism, environmental, agricultural, health and sports fields.
Noting that the program takes into account the cultural and spatial diversity among the participants in the program in order to reach all segments of Egyptian society; to achieve loyalty and belonging to the homeland and to confront malicious and destructive claims to the image of the Egyptian state.
The program aims to build and develop society and the family, especially the citizen, as well as, to create awareness and qualify cadres for constructive political participation in all aspects of life and the political battlefield, in addition to participating in many presidential initiatives, especially " Hayah Kareema" and the development of the Egyptian countryside.
The Governor of Ismailia stressed that the state pays great attention to young people, seek help from them and develop their life skills, as they are the protectors of the nation, the builders of the future and the leaders of tomorrow, noting that the program works to raise awareness in all parts of Egypt.
