تابع اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية آخر استعدادات مديرية التربية و التعليم بالمحافظة لبدء امتحانات شهادة الثانوية العامة للعام الدراسي الحالي ٢٠٢٢/٢٠٢١
و أوضح طه عجلان وكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم بالإسماعيلية أن المديرية انتهت من تجهيز لجان امتحانات الثانوية العامة للدورِ الأول من العام الدراسي الحالي ٢٠٢١/ ٢٠٢٢ و التى ستنطلق بالمواد الغير مضافة غدا الاثنين، حيث من المقرر أن يؤدي الامتحانات ٩ ألاف و ٢٧٦ طالبٍ و طالبةٍ، أمام ٣٥ لجنة، مُوزَّعة على ٨ إدارات تعليمية في مختلف أحياء و مراكز الإسماعيلية.
و تابع "عجلان" أنَّه طبقًا لتوجيهاتِ محافظ الإسماعيلية، تم تشكيل غرف عمليات تعمل على مدار ٢٤ ساعة.
و كان محافظ الإسماعيلية قد عقد عدة اجتماعات تنسيقية بحضور وكيل وزارة التربية و التعليم بالإسماعيلية و الجهات المعنية، لوضع الخطة التأمينية لسير امتحانات شهادة الثانوية العامة بِيُسر، حيث تم التنسيق مع شركة توزيع الكهرباء بالمحافظة؛ لإمداد و تأمين الكهرباء بمقر لجان النظام والمراقبة و الاستراحات و مركز توزيع الأسئلة و تجميع أوراق الإجابات، و ضمان عدم انقطاع الكهرباء، خاصةً مع فصل الصيف، و درجة الحرارة المرتفعة.
كما راجع المحافظ استعدادات مديرية الصحة و السكان و مرفق الإسعاف و مديرية التموين و التجارة الداخلية كل في اختصاصه و بما يضمن سير العمل باللجان بدون أيّ مشكلات.
كما وجه"بشارة" رؤساء المراكز و المدن و الأحياء بضرورةِ متابعة لجان الامتحانات و المدارس، و رفع المخلفات و القمامة بمحيطِ المدارس أولًا بأول، و تذليل كافة العقبات التى تواجه عملية سير الامتحانات.
Ismailia Governor follows up the latest preparations of the Directorate of Education, hours before the high school exams marathon

Major General Staff Sharif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, continued the latest preparations of the Directorate of Education in the governorate regarding the start of the exams for the Certificate of High School for the current academic year 2021/2022.
Taha Ajlan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Ismailia, explained that the directorate has finished preparing the exams committees of the Certificate of High School for the first round of the current academic year 2021/2022, which will be launched with the non-added subjects on Monday. As 9,276 students are scheduled to perform the exams, in front of 35 committee, distributed among educational departments in the various districts and centers of Ismailia.
"Ajlan" added that according to the directives of the Governor of Ismailia, 24-hour chamber of examination was formed.
The Governor of Ismailia had held several coordination meetings in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Ismailia and the Stakeholders, to develop an insurance plan for the conduct of the Certificate of the High school exams. In deed, the coordination was made with the Electricity Distribution Company in the governorate, to supply and secure electricity at the headquarters of the system, monitoring and rest committees, the question distribution center and the collection of answering papers, and ensuring that there's no electricity outage, especially with the summer and high temperature.
The governor also reviewed the preparations of the Directorate of Health and Population, the Ambulance Facility, and the Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade, each within its competence, to ensure the workflow of the committees without any problems.
Bishara also directed the chiefs of centers, cities and districts to follow up on examination committees and schools, to remove waste and garbage at all schools, and to overcome all obstacles facing the examination process.
